Well, it's finally happened... Not sure if there was a disturbance in the cosmic order, causing our planets
to spin from their orbits (cats and dogs.... living together... and all that), but the last person on Earth who doesn't have a blog now has one. I shall use this space to muse and ramble about things like
the secret to happiness, and whether or not NBC's new NFL "Green Zone" graphic has officially marked the beginning of the collapse of Western civilization. Please stay tuned...

Death of an Unpopular Tweeter

I've just started messing around on Twitter and I have to say, it has not been a very positive social media experience for me, so far. I have yet to generate one like or response to any of the few tweets I've posted. Nada! I only have around 200 followers, or so, but still. All is not lost, however... See -- I have this dream. It sort of mirrors Jimmy Buffett’s amazing song, “Death of an Unpopular Poet” (below). It goes like this: I die soon. Then, after I'm gone and forgotten, someone discovers my lonely, ignored tweets, 
hails them as genius, and compiles them into a book. This little tome eventually lands on the NY Times 
Bestseller List and stays there for 13... possibly 16 months. Or weeks. I don't want to be greedy. A guy's gotta have a dream... What's yours? Comments and/or mockery are welcome below.
